Mr. James White is currently a Mathematics and Science teacher at Dzantik'i Heeni Middle School. You might know Mr. White from Hopwood Junior High School on the Marinas Island of Saipan, Floyd Dryden Middle School in Juneau, or from Albany Junior High School on the North Shore, New Zealand.
He was born in Anchorage and was raised in Juneau. Most of Mr. White's education has been in Juneau, Alaska. He attended Harborview Elementry, both Marie Drake and Dzantik'i Heeni Middle Schools, and graduated from Juneau-Douglas High School in 2000. He graduated from the University of Alaska Southeast with a Masters Degree in Teaching in 2008. Since then Mr. White has taught classes in Mathematics, Business Education, General Science, Physical Education, and Photography to students from all over the wold.
When not in the classroom Mr. White enjoys camping, swimming, hiking, reading, exercise, fishing, golf, snowboarding and just about anything outside!
